    AT THE EVENT, YOU WILL RECEIVE FREE ELIGIBILITY SCREENING, APPLICATION ASSISTANCE AND REVIEW OF YOUR APPLICATION BY IMMIGRATION ATTORNEYS AND DOJ ACCREDITED REPRESENTATIVES.

    On October 25, USCIS announced that people receiving public benefits can no longer apply for a citizenship fee waiver after December 2nd. Your SSI, Medi-Cal, SNAP (food stamps), Federally-assisted housing, & CHIP will no longer be accepted as valid proof after December 2nd. The citizenship filing fee is $725.  Also, please note that it is okay to receive public benefits and apply to become a citizen. The new rule about public benefits does not apply to citizenship applications. Come to our free workshop to learn more!
